Erika has been a constant welcoming presence at our front desk for the past 22 years. Through her management of our reception staff and her responsibilities scheduling and coordinating surgeries, she ensures that each patient experience is a positive one from the first phone call to the appointment check-out. She loves her job and loves seeing our patients grow up. Outside of the office, Erika fills her weekends with family adventures into the city. She also has an artistic side and loves to create party decorations for friends’ events. Erika has three wonderful kids, a brand new granddaughter and two dogs. She enjoys being outdoors in nature.

Margo wears a lot of hats at Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph. Her responsibilities include planning events such as the annual Ice Cream Social and Mission Gratitude to maintaining the office social media and Google page, writing website content, developing relationships with area pediatricians, representing the office at events and following up with patients. She loves that every day brings a new challenge. Margo has a degree in communications and marketing from Ithaca College and has been a part of the Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph team for eight years. Her happy place is spending time on the island of Martha’s Vineyard and she is looking forward to doing some European traveling in the near future.

Jen has over 30 years’ experience in the dental field, working with both insurance companies and patients to manage claims. As a mom of four kids herself, she loves working in the pediatric dental arena. Jen enjoys time at the shore during her summers and watching her kids sports games during the school year.

Carolina’s bubbly personality has been a fixture at our front desk since 2020! She is the first to greet and welcome patients when they enter the office. Carolina is a graduate of Berkeley College where she studied patient care. Her job includes daily scheduling appointments and assisting patients with insurance questions. Carolina has two sons and a mini golden doodle. When not in the office, she can be found crafting, enjoying the outdoors, traveling with her family and enjoying life.

Laura enjoys assisting patients at our front desk. Over the phone or in person, she is committed to making their experience an easy and pleasant process. Laura assists with checking patients in, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance, and she is also available to translate for Spanish-speaking patients. Bike riding, reading, painting and taking her kids to the beach are what brings Laura joy outside of the office.

Joselyne became part of the Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph family in 2023. She handles our front desk duties as well as helping with sterilization. She loves kids and enjoys seeing our patients’ smiles when they are at our office. She has one son, and when not in the office can be found spending time with him, watching movies or going to the beach. Joselyne is also a nursing student at CCM.

Yesenia is a one of the smiling faces at our check-out desk. She has been part of our team since 2021, and works with our patients’ parents to schedule and confirm appointments and answer patient questions. Yesenia tries to fit lots of hiking into her busy schedule whenever she gets the opportunity.

Amanda has been responsible for creating great dental visits at our office since 2000! She loves being part of a team that does such a great job being positive role models and helping children with in-office dental care and healthy habits at home. Amanda has also headed up our renowned Children’s Dental Education Program and has educated thousands of school kids throughout Morris County each February on the best way to care for their teeth during Children’s Dental Health Month. Outside of the office, Amanda loves spending time with her three dogs and cat and enjoys hiking, swimming, biking cooking and baking with her husband and son.

Amanda is the author of “Anthony’s Toothy Teamwork Tale”, which is helps children learn good oral habits at home and understand what happens during their dental visits by turning it into a fun adventure. This book also helps children learn good oral habits at home. This book is available at Memories Publishing, Amazon and everywhere books are sold.

April’s enthusiasm for oral care has influenced thousands of kids to get excited about brushing and flossing. She loves teaching patients on the very best way to maintain optimal oral health including educating them what foods are best for their teeth. April received her degree in dental hygiene from the University of Medicine & Dentistry (currently Rutgers Dental School) and has been an integral part of the Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph family since 2005. She has loves the relationships she has built with children and families over the last 20 years, and enjoys watching our patients grow into adulthood. It is incredibly rewarding to make sure a child feels safe and comfortable in a space that can be intimidating, and April is grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact on children’s dental health in an upbeat, colorful and fun environment.

April is the proud mom of two daughters and enjoys any day that she can spend in the sun and sand, as well as spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

Esther is a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for educating young children about oral care. As a certified myofunctional therapist, she helps patients of all ages improve oral function and health. Outside of work, Esther enjoys traveling and spending time with her teenage son and daughter. Her favorite season is spring, which reflects her vibrant personality and love for new beginnings!

Mable has been getting kids excited about their dental visits with us for over 16 years. She received her degree in dental hygiene from the University of Medicine & Dentistry (currently Rutgers Dental School). Mable loves working with the dental hygiene team and helping patients obtain their very best oral health. Although she has a true passion for her hygiene work, she considers her family to be the very best part of her life. In addition to spending time with her family, Mabel loves to spend quiet time reading and going for long walks.

Michelle has cleaned a lot of teeth in her 20+ years at Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph. She takes great pride in her work and in making kids comfortable and at home in her care. Her training began at the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, where she was president of her class, before joining our team in 1999. She continues to stay up on the very latest in her profession and works hard to help parents and children feel comfortable and have a positive experience. Michelle and her husband have two sons. Outside the office, she enjoys taking long walks with her husband, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Traci is a graduate of the Berdan Institute where she received her degree in dental assisting in 1999. She joined our practice in 2019 and brings great enthusiasm to working with each of our dentists to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive dental experience. She loves her coworkers and our patients and enjoys what she does. Traci has a beautiful daughter, an amazing son-in-law and four awesome grandchildren. Her hobbies include sewing, crocheting, kayaking and hiking.

Briana is a dedicated sterilization technician who joined our team in February 2024. She attended Dover High School, and is currently attending CCM for a degree in criminal justice. She finds joy in helping wherever she can in the office, keeping the atmosphere clean and sanitized for our patients. A proud pet parent to a rabbit, Briana is also the youngest of five siblings, with three older sisters and one older brother. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching crime documentaries and shows.

Dora has ensured our reputation for maintaining the very highest standards of cleanliness since joining our team in 2010, and makes sure that our dental instruments are sanitized to meet industry standards. She is diligent in ensuring that every area of the office and every tool that is used for our patients’ dental needs is clean. She continues to grow and learn more about her job, and works hard to help in every area of the office she can. She enjoys seeing patients learn about how to care for their teeth and leave smiling. Dora has a daughter and a Husky, and when not in the office loves traveling, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Her hobbies include playing soccer and going to the gym.
