At Pediatric Dental Associates of
Randolph we have very diverse staff to
help you meet you and your child's
dental needs. We staff over 5 dental
hygienists with over 50 years of
friendly dental experience combined. We
also staff 5 dental/orthodontist
assistants whom not only help our
doctors, but act as liaisons between the
patients and doctors. Our friendly,
multilingual (Spanish and German) and
knowledgeable patient care staff, can
assist you with financial questions as
well as appointments. Pediatric Dental
Associates of Randolph also provides
dental care and orthodontics for older
children, teenagers, adults and patients
with special needs.
While the practice by its very nature
primarily caters to children and
adolescents, there is no specific
"cut-off" age. For example, there are
several mentally and/or physically
handicapped patients well into their 40s
who receive treatment from one or more
of the team. There are other patients
who started coming to the practice as
children and who are now in their 20s,
yet still prefer to visit the dentist
they have known all of their lives.
In some cases there are needs of the
child that are beyond the scope of what
Aaron focuses on (complex crowns,
bridges, implants, or cosmetic work),
then he or she is referred to another
dentist in Aaron's trusted network.
Our philosophy of "patients before
profits" has made Pediatric
Dental Associates of Randolph a
successful dental practice since 1991
and our main goal is to attend only to our
patients needs. We provide modern
dental technology with TLC!

over 20 years.
Dr. Mannella, a graduate of

School, is very active within

of the Year and New Jersey
Monthly Magazine's Top Dentist
Award.
